QOD: Is this spookier, or what?
Okay. So yesterday, I detailed my spooky people connection moments. Well, today....in doing some due diligence surrounding a job candidate, I did a google search. Found out that the individual works for an IT publication, great, we're in the right industry and find a past issue of the mag online, and come to find an old college buddy is this big-whig at a leading telecommunications company, that coincidentally, I have been prospecting and urging my sales guy to get a meeting with at the agency. This college buddy is the CSO at this company and is regularly quoted in industry trade mags. I wonder if any of my former colleagues know him.....
Life is full of connections and sometimes it is just too weird! And then again, maybe it's all subliminal. Isn't that what Intelligent Design is all about - there are no 'accidents?"
