QOD: Why is reality TV such a trainwreck? And why are we so compelled to watch?
I'm a big fan of reality TV - I think it has dramatically changed the landscape of entertainment available to watch. I won't say it is all quality, because it's not. But I'm completely and utterly fascinated at how some folks act on camera - especially since they know they are on camera. I've become a late night purveyor of train wrecks such as "Why Scott Baio is 45 and Single" and "Rock of Love" with Bret Michaels of Poison - OMG! Check out the even crazier stuff online here........ I like Big John, Head of Security - he is too much......
On another note, sometimes it's good to be late.... I walked into Vukuto yesterday morning after class had already started. It was rockin'! I could feel the energy and the vibe as soon as I walked in the door. It made me want to jump into my workout shoes and start dancing my heart out! It really motivated me - I want to work out more! I'm on a mission..........
