Could be, when you start receiving unsolicited correspondence from companies like, Smart CremationTM. Wow!
I've always been a believer in cremation, you know, ashes to ashes, dust to dust and all that. No sense in taking up space in the universe, your body is only a shell and your soul goes to God in heaven.
Yet, this mailer was a direct shot at the eco-friendly crowd with text such as...., "We offer basic cremation services because our clients are smart... smart enough to consider the many environmentally sound advantages of cremation over the pollution and unwise use of valuable space inherent in embalming and cemetary lots."
The best part was the disclaimer at the bottom of the letter that states, "This mailing is part of a general distribtion - delivery to a home where illness exists is unintentional." Phew!
